This classic cocktail is attributed to the Algonquin Hotel, circa 1935. Typically made with rye, this version uses Monday Whiskey alternative, which has some spice to give it kick.
- 1 3/4 oz Monday Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Lyre’s Apéritif Dry
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Enjoy vintage glamour.
