An herb garden in the rain.
• 5 basil leaves
• lime wedge
• 2 oz @seedlipdrinks Garden 108
• 4 oz pomegranate kombucha
Squeeze lime wedge into a highball glass, add basil leaves and muddle. Fill the glass with ice. Add @seedlipdrinks garden and kombucha. Stir generally.
When I started my exploration of zero-proof cocktails, one of the first things I did was buy a bottle of @seedlipdrinks Grove. Seedlip was new on the scene and one of the first craft cocktail ingredients made especially for an alcohol-free audience. Not a copy of any kind of alcohol, just its own very good thing. I tried all three flavors and made some good drinks, probably my favorite was a mix of clementine juice and @seedlipdrinks Spice. (More on that later.) Right now I have a bottle of @seedlipdrinks Garden, which is herbal and slightly bitter, so I thought I’d test some of @seedlipdrinks own recipes for Garden. This is a variation on their Pomegranate ‘Booch Highball.
I love the combinations of colors and ingredients. This last post does give me a source for the alcohol free flavorings.
